Township of Livingston v. Zheng

The Township of Livingston acquired our client’s property for the location of a new Department of Public Works facility.  After a commissioners’ hearing, a settlement was reached in which the Township agreed to pay $1M over their initial offer and $1.4M over the recent purchase price of the property.
