Successfully negotiated a settlement with the State of New Jersey on behalf of the owner of a gas station impacted by a partial taking for a road widening project. The taking resulted in the loss of all improvements and changes to road access. A settlement was reached in which the owner was paid 3x the original offer by New Jersey plus relocation assistance for the loss of business.
